What we do

One place for the paperwork your clients ask you for, and the infrastructure that keeps their solution running.

01

Invoices and receipts

Every client gets a permanent link with their documents, issued automatically each month. Brazilian receipts and international invoices, each in its own language.

02

Recurring billing records

Register the amount and the day it falls due. The document for the month is waiting when your client opens the link — no one has to remember.

03

Multiple issuing companies

Bill under whichever of your companies signs the deal. Each keeps its own identity, logo, legal wording and numbering.

04

Server and equipment rental

Dedicated servers and hardware delivered as a monthly contract, with the receipt trail your client’s accountant expects.

05

Custom software

Systems built for one client and the integrations around them — including the third-party APIs that make the solution work.

06

Managed infrastructure

Virtualisation, networking, remote access and backup, kept running so the solution you sold stays up.

The problem with sending receipts by hand

Every month, the same task

Same client, same amount, same document. Someone has to remember, generate it and send it — twelve times a year, for every client you have.

Your account holds everyone

The supplier receipts behind a solution sit in your account, next to every other client’s. You cannot hand over the login just to prove one cost.

Attachments get lost

A PDF mailed in January is gone by June. The client asks again, and you go digging through your sent folder.

How it works

Three steps, once. After that it runs on its own.

  1. STEP 1

Register the client and the service

Name, amount, and the day of the month it falls due. Tell it whether the charge repeats — that is the only choice you have to make.

  2. STEP 2

    Send the permanent link once

Each service gets its own address that never changes. Paste it into your billing tool, your contract, or an email. You will not have to send it again.

  3. STEP 3

The document is there when they open it

Your client finds this month’s receipt already issued, plus every month before it. If the new month has arrived, it is created on the spot.

Two formats, one system

The issuing company decides which one comes out. A Brazilian issuer never produces an invoice, and an international one never produces a local receipt.

Questions

Does my client need an account?

No. The link is the access. There is nothing to create and nothing to remember.

What happens when the month turns?

The next document is issued on the day you set. If your client opens the link before the system has got to it, it is created right then — they never find an empty page.

Can someone guess another client’s link?

Each address carries a 48-character random token. There is no listing, no search, and no page that walks from one client to another.

Does it take payments?

Not on its own. You collect wherever you already collect, and PayRecevid is the record your client can open afterwards.

Can I bill under more than one company?

Yes. Register each issuing company once, then pick which one signs each client. Documents keep separate numbering per company.
